The partnership between Living Realty, which has generated over $1.1 billion in sales since 2023, and Keller Williams was announced on Monday, solidifying Living Realty as KW’s largest Canadian market center. The brokerage’s success is attributed to its focus on agent training, client service, and mentorship.

Excited about the partnership, Keller Williams Worldwide President William Soteroff praised Living Realty’s reputation for excellence, commitment to agent success, and client satisfaction, aligning with KW’s culture and mission to empower entrepreneurs.
KW Living Realty, formerly Living Realty, will operate from its Markham head office and five branch offices across the Greater Toronto area starting March 3, 2025. All 550 agents and 35 staff members are expected to make the transition to KW.
The brokerage will leverage KW’s training, technology, and global networking opportunities to enhance services for clients and agents, following the 45-year legacy of Living Realty as an independent brokerage.
Living Group of Companies’ executive vice president and chief legal officer, Ben Wong, expressed the alignment of Keller Williams with their business philosophy and culture, leading to the decision to join forces for expanded presence and increased market share.
