This innovative weapon fires standard .68 caliber paintballs with solid nylon bullets or pepper balls.
According to Sublethal, the remote-control gun is commonly used in security situations in South Africa and internationally where non-lethal force is necessary. A video showcasing the weapon in action in South Africa recently went viral, gaining over 5 million views.
Sublethal emphasizes that the remote gun will not shoot autonomously, as it is controlled either from a central command center or the user’s cellphone, ensuring that a human makes the decision to fire.
