Top Blockchains Based on Per-Month Active Addresses, Solana Leads

Recent data reveals a significant increase in active addresses on various blockchains. According to Phoenix Group, Solana, NEAR, and Base are leading the blockchain sector in terms of monthly active addresses. The on-chain analytics platform recently shared this list on social media.

Solana Leads the Blockchains in Terms of New Monthly Active Addresses

According to Phoenix Group, Solana tops the list with 139.3M new active addresses in the last month and 5.9M 1-day active users. The blockchain’s user-friendly applications and decentralized finance services have contributed to its strong performance.

NEAR Protocol follows Solana in the 2nd position with 31.5M monthly active addresses and 3.1M 1-day active addresses. Base, an Ethereum L2 network, ranks third with 21.3M new monthly addresses and 857,000 1-day active addresses.

Tron holds the 4th spot with 13.7M active addresses in the last thirty days, while BNB Chain secures the 5th position with 11.7M new active addresses. Aptos, SUI, and TON occupy the 6th, 7th, and 8th positions respectively.

Polygon Bottoms the List with 4.9M Active Addresses over the Last Month

Ethereum ranks 9th with 6.4M 30-day active addresses and 374K 1-day active addresses. Polygon takes the 10th spot with 4.9M monthly active addresses and 489K 1-day active addresses.
