The Hedera Wallet Snap has now integrated with MetaMask, offering support for essential Hedera services like Token Service and Smart Contract Service. This update brings enhancements in features such as creating and managing topics, as well as submitting and retrieving messages.

The Hedera Consensus Service (HCS) recently announced its integration with MetaMask through the updated Hedera Wallet Snap. This integration benefits MetaMask users by providing full support for key Hedera services, making the Hedera Wallet Snap a versatile tool for various applications within the Hedera network.

Users can now utilize the Hedera Consensus Service on MetaMask with Snaps, expanding the functionality for users. HCS aims to create a decentralized and auditable record of immutable events, with its timestamp being applicable for both Web2 and Web3 applications. Messages can be sent to the Hedera network for consensus, timestamping, and ensuring message integrity.

With the ability to create, update, and delete topics, submit messages, retrieve topic messages, and access topic information directly through MetaMask, developers and users have new opportunities to engage within the Hedera network. Tuum Technologies has also focused on improving the user interface and experience of the Hedera Wallet Snap, integrating new features from MetaMask to enhance the overall experience for the community.

The Hedera network has seen a surge in user engagement, with partnerships with Blade Wallet and Karate Combat contributing to the ecosystem’s growth. HBAR, the native token of the Hedera network, currently ranks among the top digital assets by market capitalization, showcasing steady growth and trading activity.

Overall, the latest update to the Hedera Wallet Snap and its integration with MetaMask bring exciting possibilities for developers and users within the Hedera ecosystem.
