On Monday, Brazil stocks saw positive movement with gains in various sectors leading the way.
By the end of the trading day in Sao Paulo, the stock market index rose by 0.01%.
Among the top performers were Azul SA Pref, Brava Energia SA, and Lwsa SA, with increases of 5.36%, 4.21%, and 3.11% respectively.
Conversely, Automob Participações SA, Ambev SA, and IRB Brasil Resseguros SA were among the worst performers, experiencing declines of 2.86%, 2.73%, and 2.08%.
The B3 Stock Exchange saw more falling stocks than rising ones with 544 declining, 409 advancing, and 55 remaining unchanged.
Automob Participações SA hit an all-time low, dropping to 0.34.
The Bovespa options implied volatility index decreased by 0.55% to 32.83.
In commodities trading, Gold Futures dropped by 0.38% to $2,621.82 per troy ounce, while Crude oil rose by 0.81% to $71.17 per barrel.
USD/BRL and EUR/BRL exchange rates saw decreases of 0.30% and 0.44% respectively.
The US Dollar Index Futures increased by 0.09% to 107.89.
