Compass is excited to welcome the B-W Group to its Dallas team, operating out of the Park Cities office. The group, led by Michele Balady Beach, Lindsay Beach, and Jamie Moore, achieved $56.8 million in sales volume in 2023.

Compass is on a mission to expand its market share, with CEO Robert Reffkin revealing a rise to 5.13% nationwide. The company aims to reach 30% market share in key markets, with Texas being a focal point of recent additions.
Recent additions in Texas include Houston agent Natasha Simon, Prospect Real Estate Team in Austin, and Dallas agent Bridgette Harrington. Compass has also welcomed teams and agents in Florida, New Jersey, New York City, Tennessee, Washington, and Colorado.
