Crypto market’s weekly winners and losers – HYPE, BGB, WIF, APT

The crypto market review for this week highlighted Movement (MOVE) as the top gainer with a 45.1% surge, closely followed by Hyperliquid (HYPE) and Bitget Token (BGB).

Conversely, Dogwifhat (WIF), Aptos (APT), and Gala (GALA) experienced significant losses, showcasing the volatile nature of the market. As prices fluctuate rapidly, this review sheds light on the dynamic trends in the market.

Biggest Winners

Movement (MOVE)

Movement (MOVE) emerged as the top gainer of the week, recording a remarkable 45.1% increase in value according to data from CoinGecko. Starting the week at $0.63, MOVE surged to a weekly high of around $1.06, only to face an 8% decline by the end of the week, closing at $0.97.

Hyperliquid (HYPE)

Hyperliquid (HYPE) demonstrated a strong performance, securing the second spot with a 42.7% increase. Starting below $24, HYPE climbed to approximately $32 by the end of the week, despite a drop in trading volume.

Bitget Token (BGB)

BGB emerged as the third-highest gainer, with an almost 38% increase. Starting the week at $3.1, BGB peaked at around $4.5 with significant trading volume, reflecting investor confidence. The price closed at $4.1, maintaining a solid overall performance.

Top 1,000 Gainers

Among the top gainers outside the top 100, InSure DeFi (SURE) surged over 830%, followed by Send (SEND) and Freysa AI (FAI) with over 490% and 247% increases, respectively.

Biggest Losers

Dogwifhat (WIF) faced a tough week, leading the losers with a 29% decline. Aptos (APT) and Gala (GALA) followed with 27% drops in value each.

Top 1,000 Losers

Outside the top 100, Cortex (CTXC) experienced over a 70% decline, while Wazir X (WRX) and Eliza (ELIZA) saw drops of over 67.9% and 57.5%, respectively.
