The newly opened Delta Sky Club in the B Concourse at Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere despite its massive size. With nearly 34,000 square feet of space and seating for up to 600 guests, it is the second-largest Delta Sky Club, following closely behind the one at New York’s LaGuardia Airport. The design of the lounge, inspired by nature and showcasing views of Utah’s mountains, creates a sense of escape from the typical airport environment.

Although this Delta Sky Club does not feature showers or an outdoor Sky Deck, it offers amenities such as multiple phone booths and panoramic screens displaying Utah’s stunning landscapes. BW had the opportunity to preview the Salt Lake City Delta Sky Club in Concourse B before its public opening on October 27, 2025.

There are two Delta Sky Clubs at Salt Lake City, one in the A concourse and one in the B concourse. The new Delta Sky Club is part of an expansion of the B concourse at SLC. To access the B concourse, travelers must walk through a connecting tunnel, which includes moving walkways for convenience. The Delta Sky Clubs are conveniently located just up the escalators from the tunnel in both concourses.

Upon entering Concourse B and coming up the escalator from the tunnel, visitors must make a U-turn to find the Delta Sky Club, situated to the left of the dinosaur fossil display.

To gain access to the Delta Sky Club, passengers must be SkyTeam airline premium cabin travelers, Delta Diamond, Platinum, or Gold Medallion members flying internationally in Delta Premium Select or Delta One, and have a same-day boarding pass for a Delta flight or an eligible partner airline flight.

The lounge’s design features a main floor with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the mountains and downtown Salt Lake City on clear days. The centerpiece of the room is a fireplace that enhances the cozy ambiance, complemented by warm copper reds and deep blues inspired by Utah’s natural elements. Various seating options are available, including wood conference tables and comfortable armchairs, all equipped with power outlets for charging convenience.

In terms of food and beverage offerings, the Delta Sky Club boasts a large buffet with a variety of options, including salads, sandwiches, soup, hot dishes, a charcuterie station, fruit, and desserts. Beverage stations provide espresso, Starbucks coffee, tea, soda, and water. Unique to this lounge is a “Dirty Soda” bar where guests can customize nonalcoholic drinks with flavored syrups. The bar also serves beer, wine, and spirits, with premium drinks available for purchase.

Amenities in the Delta Sky Club include nine phone booths, an immersion wall featuring panoramic views of Utah’s landscapes, upscale bathrooms with Grown Alchemist products, and a range of seating options for relaxation or work.

Overall, the Delta Sky Club in Salt Lake City seamlessly blends the beauty of its surroundings with the luxury of a mountain lodge. Travelers passing through SLC with access to Delta Sky Clubs should consider visiting this lounge for a unique and comfortable experience.
