Israel stocks experienced a decline after the close on Sunday, with losses in various sectors leading shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the index declined by 0.79%.
Some of the best performers of the session included Camtek Ltd, which rose by 0.98%, Tower Semiconductor Ltd, which added 0.56%, and Harel, up by 0.55% in late trade.
On the other hand, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, Electra Ltd, and Shapir Engineering Industry were among the worst performers of the session.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 309 to 144, with 85 ending unchanged.
Shares in Harel rose to all-time highs, up by 0.55%.
In commodities trading, crude oil and Brent oil prices rose, while the February Gold Futures contract fell.
USD/ILS and EUR/ILS exchange rates saw increases, while the US Dollar Index Futures was up by 0.04%.
