JMG Acquires iRealty, Strengthens Referral Network

Jason Mitchell, founder of JMG, has announced that iRealty’s leadership, Kristen Kennon and Jon Kennon, will continue in their current roles. JMG will provide corporate support and grant iRealty access to its referral partner channels.

This acquisition marks one of six recent mergers or acquisitions by JMG in the past three months.

“JMG is excited to expand its presence in Arkansas through this partnership with iRealty. This collaboration allows us to work with high-quality agents and enhance our referral network, ultimately adding more value to the iRealty brand,” Mitchell explained.

The acquisition comes shortly after the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau dropped a lawsuit against JMG, Rocket Homes, and others, alleging a “kickback” scheme. All parties involved have refuted the accusations.

Reflecting on the lawsuit dismissal, Mitchell shared, “I was eager for this matter to be resolved, and despite the option to settle, I chose to fight for what is right. It was a challenging decision, but one that I stand by.”
