Real estate agents utilizing digital display ads and Facebook campaigns can benefit from REDX’s updated Ad Builder, as per an Oct. 31 press release.
This latest version of the Ad Builder introduces customizable ad templates and a more direct connection to Facebook accounts, making it easier to create and launch campaigns in less time.
According to the company, agents can leverage REDX’s lead data to tailor online ad campaigns towards categories such as expired listings, FSBO sales, and pre-foreclosure sellers, addressing the challenge of audience specificity when creating ads on Facebook from scratch.
REDX aims to provide agents with more precise audience targeting and ad creative tailored for buyers and sellers, highlighting new FCC regulations on web-based lead generation.
REDX President Curtis Fenn discussed these industry concerns with Inman contributor Bernice Ross in March 2024, emphasizing the importance of compliance and lead verification in the evolving lead generation landscape.
With these new tools, agents can create and nurture lead pools while maintaining compliance with regulations, ensuring a higher level of lead verification and effectiveness in advertising efforts.
“Our goal with this update is to make advertising as effective and easy as possible for real estate professionals,” Fenn stated in the release.
