“The agent maintains full visibility,” he explained. “They can control parameters like response timing, tone, attachments, and disclaimers. The AI agents interact directly through chats, emails, and text conversations, but the agent can step in at any point to take over if needed.”

“If agents were handling tasks individually, they might only manage one or two leads,” Carter noted. “Now, they can efficiently engage with everyone in their database and maintain proactive communication at scale.”

Carter reassured that Lofty AOS is designed to provide agents and brokerages with oversight rather than stripping it away.

Transparency is key, and agents can review activities, logs, and outcomes at any time to ensure they are in control and maintain trust in the process.”
Carter also mentioned plans for an AI studio that would empower broker-owners to create custom agents within the Lofty AOS platform.
