Lone Wolf Technologies has revealed the launch of Lone Wolf Foundation, a completely revamped software suite that fulfills its promise to customers made at an industry event last fall.
In a press release dated July 8, the company described the new platform as the result of its multi-year mission to simplify real estate by consolidating key activities, processes, and solutions into one comprehensive platform, including websites, CRM, CMA, open houses, transactions, back office, accounting, insights, and more.
Lone Wolf Foundation will support three new flagship experiences: Lone Wolf Transact, Lone Wolf Front Office, and Lone Wolf Back Office.
Chief Technology Officer Sean Wheeler stated that product decisions were informed by years of research into agents’ needs and market reactions to technology, resulting in a platform that surpasses integrations and connections to provide a comprehensive solution.
Wheeler emphasized that the platform, with its modular design and shared data workflows, aims to transform the way real estate professionals work, offering a seamless experience from lead capture to closing day.
The Lone Wolf Front Office will feature a CRM, marketing tools, and website development capabilities, while Lone Wolf Transact will focus on managing documentation and facilitating timely closings.
The Back Office tools will leverage the Transact experience to manage deal financials, advanced accounting functions, and commission oversight in a modern software environment.
Lone Wolf CEO Jimmy Kelly first hinted at the Foundation project at the T3 Technology Summit in November, emphasizing the need for a more integrated software platform in the real estate industry.
Kelly’s commitment to innovation and integration remains strong, with the launch of Lone Wolf Foundation marking the beginning of a transformative era for real estate software.
The company’s recent partnership with the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service for its Cloud CMA product further demonstrates its dedication to providing cutting-edge solutions for real estate professionals.
In 2020, Lone Wolf acquired the company, marking a significant move in the real estate software industry. This acquisition comes on the heels of Inside Real Estate’s recent overhaul of kvCORE to BoldTrail, making Lone Wolf the second major player to make a product announcement this summer. This development underscores Lone Wolf’s commitment to innovation and growth within the real estate technology sector. For more information, please contact Craig Rowe.
