Crypto Sensei shared his optimism for the last three months of the year in the world of cryptocurrency. According to him, October, November, and December typically see a bullish trend. During an episode of the Paul Barron Podcast, he predicted that Bitcoin could reach $150,000 to $175,000, while Ethereum may rise to $8,000–$10,000. Additionally, he mentioned that XRP could benefit from upcoming catalysts related to the project.
Regulatory Clarity Could Help XRP
One significant factor that could influence XRP’s future is the Clarity Act, which aims to provide clear guidelines on how digital assets are regulated in the U.S. Sensei emphasized that while the bill could be a turning point, the implementation process could be lengthy.
He explained, “When the President signs the bill, it doesn’t come into effect right away. Agencies like the SEC and CFTC need to draft rules, seek public feedback, and make adjustments, which could take years.” Drawing a comparison to the Dodd-Frank Act, he highlighted the time-consuming nature of regulatory changes.
Despite the potential delays, Sensei believes that the Clarity Act could boost institutional interest in XRP and similar tokens.
Ripple’s Partnership With Financial Giants
A recent partnership announcement involving Ripple, Securitize, BlackRock, and Vanguard has further bolstered XRP’s outlook. The collaboration aims to tokenize money market funds, a sector valued at over $7.4 trillion. This initiative will enable fund holders to redeem assets directly on-chain using Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin.
The host of the podcast, Paul Barron, hailed this partnership as a significant milestone, indicating the growing connection between traditional finance and the crypto space.
While tokenization in the financial sector is currently limited, the involvement of major players like BlackRock and Vanguard could potentially drive its adoption.
What It Means for XRP
Ripple’s involvement in the tokenization trend could create new demand for XRP. With its focus on cross-border settlements and on-chain liquidity, XRP is well-positioned for real-world asset tokenization.
Sensei highlighted that the potential flow of institutional funds through Ripple’s network as tokenization expands is currently underestimated.
