With almost 20 years of experience as a liberty writer and economist in the alternative media, I witnessed the inception of the modern counter-media movement. This movement brought together radio hosts, writers, and video bloggers to challenge mainstream corporate news and awaken the masses to the truth. It was during this time that the Ron Paul movement emerged, ushering in a return to true conservatism and exposing the deceit of the Neo-cons.
The rise of Donald Trump is a testament to the success of this liberty activism, as he symbolizes a defiance against the establishment and a champion for conservative values. The culture war, once denied by the political left, is now being fought openly in various sectors of society, thanks to the efforts of the alternative media.
The covid pandemic served as a wake-up call for many, as the left’s authoritarian overreach exposed their true intentions and pushed Americans to stand up for their freedoms. The alternative media played a crucial role in disseminating scientific facts and countering government propaganda, leading to the defeat of mandates and vaccine passport plans.
However, the globalists are relentless, and they will continue to target our freedoms through new tactics and disasters. Despite attempts to censor the alternative media, we have found ways to disseminate the truth and challenge the narrative.
Now, the alternative media faces a new threat as the Tenet Media controversy unfolds, with the Department of Justice accusing alternative journalist Lauren Chen of ties to Russia Today. While the DOJ’s allegations lack evidence and may be part of a larger psy-op to discredit conservative journalists, the establishment media is using this narrative to undermine the alternative media in the lead-up to the US elections.
As I predicted back in 2014, the liberty movement’s association with outlets like RT would be exploited to falsely indict all conservative journalists as traitors. The attempt to link the alternative media to Russia is a dangerous precedent that must be challenged and exposed for what it is – a smear campaign to silence dissenting voices.
I dissected a piece of propaganda from The Atlantic and found that it was attempting to paint alternative media sources as being influenced by Russian propaganda. This narrative is being pushed to discredit independent journalism and grassroots movements. It is important to remain skeptical of all government agendas, including those from Eastern governments like Russia, to prevent division and manipulation within the movement.
The recent Tenet Media situation is just the beginning of a larger effort to discredit alternative media. The establishment is trying to plant seeds of doubt in the public’s mind about the integrity of independent journalists and media outlets. This tactic is intended to make alternative media sources look corrupt and easily manipulated. It is crucial to recognize that governments, NGOs, and globalist think tanks have also been funding propaganda campaigns for their own agendas.
This issue is not going away anytime soon, as the far-left will continue to push the Russian “influence” narrative leading up to the next election and beyond. It is essential for the alternative media to remain vigilant and skeptical of all government influences, whether domestic or foreign. If there is indeed Russian money influencing conservative platforms, it is important to resist any attempts to buy influence or sow division within the movement.
The media will continue to accuse independent journalists and activists of being Russian pawns, but it is crucial not to play into their narrative. Any instability in the West is not due to Russia but rather the actions of leftists and globalists pushing for a socialist agenda. It is important to stay focused on the real issues at hand and not get distracted by foreign influences.
