Welcome Bijoy John as Senior VP of Marketing at Sage Home Loans Corporation

Sage’s senior leadership team enthusiastically welcomed John, recognizing his successful track record in reaching consumers. John’s primary focus will be on leading borrower retention efforts.

“We are excited to announce Bijoy John as the new Senior VP of Marketing at Sage Home Loans Corporation,” said CEO Mike Malloy in an email. “With his proven expertise in delivering scalable D2C solutions and impactful client retention programs in the mortgage industry, Bijoy’s contribution will be crucial in advancing our marketing initiatives.”

“We are eager to see the positive influence Bijoy will have on our team and the industry as we refine our marketing strategies to better cater to our clients,” he added.

These marketing strategies prioritize the client’s experience above all else. Malloy emphasized Sage’s commitment to creating a client experience that aligns with the company’s core value of simplifying mortgage lending. As the new head of marketing, John is poised to bring this vision to fruition.

With over eight years of experience, John has a wealth of knowledge in the mortgage industry. He has previously worked with companies like Freedom Mortgage, Newrez, and most recently, Rate. John was also recognized as a 2022 HousingWire Marketing Leader during his tenure at Newrez.

Sage Homes Loans, headquartered in Fort Mill, South Carolina, made its debut in 2020 and was later acquired by digital media company Red Ventures. Malloy joined the company in August 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience from roles at companies such as Rocket Mortgage, Quicken Loans, and Bank of America.
