State-Wide MLS has teamed up with RealReports to introduce AI-powered property tools and the Taxshot data platform to 6,000 agents, streamlining their workflows by replacing outdated systems with a unified solution.
State-Wide MLS, which is run by the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, announced on Tuesday its partnership with RealReports to provide over 6,000 subscribers access to innovative data and AI tools.
Through this collaboration, agents will have access to the RealReports platform, the Prospector lead generation tool, and Taxshot, a comprehensive tax and public records database.
As part of the implementation, State-Wide MLS will switch to Taxshot as its primary tax and records provider, enabling subscribers to access national property data and AI-generated property reports within a single interface.
RealReports consolidates property data from various sources into a single report, offering agents a detailed overview of a property, including ownership history, liens, zoning details, and climate risk. The platform also features Aiden, an AI-powered property advisor that provides instant answers to agents’ questions based on the data.
With Taxshot, State-Wide MLS subscribers will have convenient access to nationwide tax and public records data, simplifying listing preparation, property research, and client presentations by automatically populating property details and MLS fields.
Zach Gorman, Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of RealReports, stated, “MLSs are increasingly pressured to offer valuable technology to their members. State-Wide MLS has carefully considered how to equip their subscribers, and we are thrilled to provide a modern solution that replaces outdated tax systems while empowering agents with advanced tools for property research, lead generation, and client service.”
Gorman also mentioned that more MLSs are turning to RealReports to consolidate their tech stacks into unified platforms, with California Regional MLS, MLS Now in Ohio, Doorify MLS in North Carolina, and Georgia’s First Multiple Listing Service also joining the trend.
