Underneath the decentralized data storage process lies the crucial backend work of sealing. Swan Chain steps in as a key player, assisting in completing Filecoin’s Commit2 process using zk-SNARK technology off-chain. Essentially, Swan is aiding Filecoin in its heavy lifting tasks.

Swan’s zk-UBI Pool Streamlines Complex Proofs Through Shared Workloads

This unique process involves a network of distributed computing providers rather than a single data center. These providers perform computational proofs and submit the final results to Filecoin for verification.

Not only does this approach save time, but it also enhances scalability. By leveraging existing GPU infrastructure, efficiency is boosted without the need for new hardware. For instance, the Commit2 process for a single 32 GB sector can require up to 275 GB of memory, which could overwhelm a home laptop.

Additionally, Swan has developed the zk-UBI Pool, a task distribution system that adjusts workloads based on provider capacity. This automated labor market for zk proofs ensures optimal resource utilization and incentivizes successful task completion, resembling a freelance model specialized in cryptographic proofs.

Swan’s expansion beyond Filecoin to systems like Aleo, Scroll, and StarkNet indicates its potential as a go-to zk-SNARK processor for various Web3 networks in the future.

At present, FIL is trading at approximately $2.70, marking a 9.67% increase over the last 7 days and 16.08% rise over the last 30 days.

Filecoin: Pioneering Transparent AI Storage Infrastructure

The convergence of AI and persistent storage is evident within the Filecoin ecosystem. Recently, CryptoModels began storing its AI models permanently on Filecoin, allowing direct user device execution without centralized oversight, ensuring model persistence and integrity.

Similarly, Recall integrated its AgentRank scoring system and AI match data into Filecoin, enhancing transparency and public auditability in AI agent matchmaking processes. By leveraging decentralized storage, data integrity is maintained without the risk of manipulation by any single entity.

A collaborative project between Filecoin and Theoriq introduced an AI agent fully verifiable on-chain, paving the way for autonomous agents capable of collaborative, complex tasks. With all data stored on Filecoin’s public repository, a robust foundation is established for future autonomous agent interactions.
