Ethereum Leads the Pack in Commits and Active Developers Over the Week
A commit is a sanctioned change to a project’s source code made with mutual agreement between administrators and the community. Ethereum has taken the top spot with a staggering 40.6K commits and nearly 27,772 weekly active developers. Following Ethereum, SKALE secured the 2nd position with 21.1K commits and 63 active developers in the past week.
Algorand claimed the 3rd position with 17.2K commits and 91 active developers, while Base followed in 4th place with 5576 commits and 978 active developers in the last 7 days.
Arbitrum, Scroll, and BNB Chain took the 5th, 6th, and 7th spots respectively, with each showcasing strong commit numbers and active developer counts.
Polkadot Ranks Lowest with 4678 Commits and 815 Active Developers
Cosmos, Polygon, and Polkadot rounded off the list with commendable commit figures and active developer counts, positioning themselves in the 8th, 9th, and last place respectively.
