The Coldwell Banker brand is experiencing significant growth this summer. Recently, Coldwell Banker Realty welcomed the top-ranked small team The Lara & Chelsea Collaborative into their affiliation.
Founded and led by Lara O’Rouke and Chelsea Robinson, this team of five agents, based in Wellesley, Massachusetts, previously operated under Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty. They have now transitioned to Coldwell Banker Realty’s Wellesley office.
Specializing in luxury listings, the team attributes their success to their collaborative approach, extensive experience, negotiation skills, and ability to forge long-lasting relationships, connecting the right individuals at the right time.
According to O’Rourke and Robinson, “Our business thrives on collaboration and connections, recognizing that relationships are key to success, both with clients and within the brokerage community.” Their move to Coldwell Banker Realty enhances their access to a global network of real estate agents and advanced tools, enriching the services they provide to clients.
In 2023, the team completed 67 transaction sides, totaling $145.6 million in sales volume. This achievement earned them the title of the No. 3 ranked small team in Massachusetts and the No. 69 ranked small team nationally by sales volume in the 2024 RealTrends Verified rankings.
Branch manager Chantelle Persac expressed delight in welcoming Lara and Chelsea to Coldwell Banker Realty, praising their professionalism, innovation, and passion for real estate. Persac looks forward to supporting their new chapter in their careers.
Coldwell Banker has been making strategic moves in recent months. Notably, Coldwell Banker Southern Realty expanded into Nashville by acquiring Coldwell Banker Barnes. Additionally, Connecticut-based brokerage NewBridge International Realty Group joined as a new affiliate, and top agent Vicky Yu joined the Redwood City-San Carlos office in California.
