An anonymous crypto analyst and trader believes that a trio of meme coins, including Pepe (PEPE), are on the verge of significant breakout rallies.
Referred to as Altcoin Sherpa, the analyst shares with his 219,100 followers on the social media platform X that meme tokens like PEPE (based on Ethereum), dogwifhat (WIF), and Popcat (POPCAT) (based on Solana) are poised to surpass their immediate resistance levels.
“Big-cap memes loading for the next leg up. PEPE, WIF, POPCAT.”
According to the trader’s analysis, it appears that PEPE is gearing up for a breakout after surpassing the $0.0000128 resistance level. Currently, PEPE is valued at $0.0000177.
Regarding WIF, Altcoin Sherpa suggests that the altcoin is nearing its diagonal resistance around $2.50. At present, WIF is trading at $2.33.
As for POPCAT, Altcoin Sherpa indicates that the critical level to surpass is $0.9389. POPCAT is currently priced at $0.7339.
The analyst also mentions his optimism towards Solana, a competitor to Ethereum, hinting at a potential surge to its all-time high in the coming months.
“Only a few key levels before all-time high. Still think this is a good one for the next several months.”
Currently, Solana is valued at $180.
Altcoin Sherpa also expresses positivity towards Core (CORE), a project designed to be a scalable smart contract platform complementary to Bitcoin.
“I think this is going to be ok now. 200-day EMA tested, let’s go higher.”
At present, CORE is trading at $1.32.
However, Altcoin Sherpa expresses less bullish sentiment towards the layer-1 project Toncoin (TON) in the medium term, while maintaining a long-term positive outlook on the asset.
“One of the strongest coins on the market the last few months looks a bit iffy in the mid-term. Wondering if that $5 level (200-day EMA) is going to get tested in the coming weeks. Still think TON has a lot of opportunity though this cycle and long-term bullish.”
Currently, TON is priced at $6.62.
