An innovative technology developed by Israeli startup eSelf AI now offers interactive AI real estate agents that can answer questions and guide potential buyers through property listings at any time.
CEO Alan Bekker shared with Fox Business, “We go beyond just a moving and speaking face while the agent responds to the user. Our technology also includes video and image sharing capabilities.”
The company’s breakthrough technology combines large language models into a visual and interactive experience, revolutionizing how information is accessed, similar to the impact movies had on books.
eSelf AI’s platform has been utilized across various industries, such as education, customer service, and real estate, creating customizable AI bots.
One notable user of this technology is Portugal-based real estate brokerage firm Porta da Frente Christie’s, which has reported $100 million in sales from leads generated by the AI agent.
CEO João Cília praised the AI agent’s effectiveness since its live-testing about a year ago, especially in managing the vast portfolio of over 5,000 properties. He emphasized the AI agent’s ability to provide comprehensive knowledge on all properties, surpassing what a human consultant can offer.
Customers engaging with the AI agent input basic details like location preferences, budget, and desired bedrooms, allowing the AI to filter listings and conduct virtual tours with detailed property descriptions.
The AI agent has also bridged time zone gaps for Porta da Frente Christie’s, catering to international clients from the U.S. and Brazil, ensuring immediate responses despite the time difference and enhancing customer experience without 24/7 human staffing.
Cília noted that the AI agent streamlines the online property search process for buyers, potentially reshaping real estate sales by reducing reliance on human agents and operational costs.
“In the long-term future, AI agents could potentially replace physical commercial consultants on a large scale, making property sales operations more cost-effective,” he added.
