Results Realty ERA Powered, based in St. Charles, Illinois, has recently completed the acquisition of Chicago’s Mark Allen Realty, resulting in a combined entity with three offices and 80 agents. Under the leadership of broker Matt Liss, Mark Allen Realty will now operate as Mark Allen Realty ERA Powered.

Founder of Results Realty, Judy Cox, expressed her excitement about the merger, stating, “Joining forces with Matt and his team allows us to expand our reach in Chicagoland and make a positive impact on more lives. The collaboration between our two firms presents great potential to serve a larger client base, support our agents, and build a stronger community.”

With 25 years of experience in the industry, Cox established Results Realty in 2013 as a comprehensive real estate agency catering to clients across all price ranges and stages of homeownership, including first-time buyers.

In the 2024 RealTrends Verified rankings, Cox secured the 67th position in Illinois based on sides and ranked 183rd in volume with $16.2 million.

Speaking on the union, Liss emphasized the benefits of a stronger, unified company, stating, “This merger will enhance our market presence and credibility, while also enabling us to better cater to the diverse needs of our clients. Ultimately, this development will elevate the level of service we provide to our clients.”

Results Realty is affiliated with ERA Real Estate, a renowned Anywhere brand with a vast network of over 42,000 brokers and independent associates in approximately 2,400 offices nationwide. With nearly five decades of operation, ERA Real Estate offers cutting-edge technology, products, and lead generation services to its agents.
