‘We, The People’ Affirm American Greatness

Authored by Thaddeus McCotter via American Greatness,

During the recent presidential election, the optimistic appeal and challenge presented by President-(re)elect Donald Trump’s victorious campaign were often overshadowed by the regime media’s relentless criticism of him and his supporters.

The Harris campaign and her “progressive” supporters promoted a message of doom, suggesting that their defeat would signal the demise of “our democracy.” Ironically, this came from the Democrat Party that replaced incumbent President Joe Biden with Vice President Harris as their “new” presidential nominee, effectively undermining the democratic process.

The Democrat presidential campaign essentially demanded the continuation of their empowerment of an unelected bureaucratic elite to govern the nation with minimal interference from the citizenry.

If the Harris-Walz ticket and their fellow Democrats were to lose the election, they warned of a fascistic future for America. Despite their fearmongering tactics, the majority of voters chose courage over fear on election day, reaffirming the strength of the American character.

The slogan “Make America Great Again” embodies both hope and a challenge. It signifies the belief that we, as a nation, have the ability to make America great once again.

In the face of significant challenges, the American people have answered the call for a revival of American and Western civilization. They have embraced the challenge to improve our nation’s experiment in self-government.

As Edmund Burke once said, “Great necessities call out great virtues.” The American people have historically risen to the occasion when faced with adversity, demonstrating resilience and determination.

Despite the skeptics who doubt the ability of “We, the People” to make America great again, the essence of American greatness lies in the strength and spirit of its citizens. As reaffirmed in the 2024 election, as long as the genius and determination of the American people endure, America will always be great.
