Exciting news for the real estate industry as two established firms, PAL Realty and Century 21 Myers Realty, have announced their merger. This strategic partnership is set to bring about new opportunities for professional growth and collaboration among agents.

Founder of PAL Realty, Robbins, expressed enthusiasm about the merger, stating, “Our agents are thrilled about the potential for expanded resources and training programs that this merger will provide. With access to a larger network of professionals, they will be better equipped to serve their clients effectively.”

Originating as the resale division of The Plantation at Leesburg, PAL Realty was established by Robbins before becoming an independent brokerage. On the other hand, Century 21 Myers Realty, founded by Mary Myers in 1985, is a family-run business now led by second-generation broker Jack Myers and his wife Karen.

The collaboration between these two firms is expected to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise, particularly in the active adult community sector. Jack Myers shared his excitement about the merger, highlighting the shared values of exceptional service and dedication to the communities they serve.

With offices spanning across various cities in central Florida, including Auburndale, Haines City, and Winter Haven, the newly merged firm is set to cover a 120-mile service area in the Sunshine State. The addition of PAL Realty’s expertise in active adult communities will undoubtedly enhance the firm’s client base and industry knowledge.
