House Oversight Committee Says Biden Autopen Pardons Are Null And Void

According to a report submitted by a GOP led House Oversight Committee to Attorney General Pam Bondi, former President Joe Biden’s “cognitive decline” was so severe that he may not have been aware of pardons allegedly signed by autopen. The committee argues that evidence of Biden’s declining mental condition warrants caution, suggesting that the 4,245 presidential pardons and commutations issued by Biden should be reviewed and could potentially be considered invalid.

Republican Senator Josh Hawley expressed concerns over some of the Biden signatures, particularly those involving commuted sentences for criminals who victimized children. The report also highlighted revelations from former President Biden’s top aide, Jeff Zients, regarding the use of autopen for controversial pardons, Hunter Biden’s involvement in pardon discussions, and Biden’s mental state.

Hunter Biden received a controversial pardon for his crimes in December, approved by Joe Biden shortly before leaving office. The committee has called for a Department of Justice investigation into the autopen scandal, which could lead to potential prosecutions, including cases against Hunter Biden.

The committee has recommended voiding President Biden’s executive actions signed using the Autopen, citing legal consequences that warrant action by the Department of Justice. The Biden family is also facing renewed investigation over allegations of influence peddling and misuse of political positions for personal gain.

Biden’s presidency was marred by disinformation and constitutional violations, with his administration accused of involvement in mass censorship. As Biden and his family wrapped themselves in pardons upon exiting the White House, the validity of these pardons remains in question, potentially exposing them to future legal scrutiny.
