The integration of xStocks on Arbitrum through Enso’s existing infrastructure
Enso has leveraged its existing infrastructure for swaps, cross-chain routing, and DeFi actions to seamlessly enable applications connected to the platform to incorporate xStocks on Arbitrum without the need for developers to create separate routing or aggregation systems for the assets.
“Real-world assets are witnessing rapid growth on Arbitrum, and the execution infrastructure provided by Enso plays a crucial role in translating this growth into tangible solutions for builders,” stated Peter Haymond, head of DeFi partnerships at Arbitrum. He added, “Enso’s integration of xStocks on Arbitrum empowers any wallet, fintech, or trading platform within our ecosystem to access tokenized equity without the need to develop this infrastructure themselves. This level of composability will continue to compound as more real-world assets transition onto the blockchain.”
Established in 2021, Enso has developed an execution layer for on-chain finance that facilitates access to liquidity and execution of multi-step transactions across DeFi and tokenized assets through a single API.
The project has successfully raised approximately $14.2 million, with support from prominent investors such as Polychain Capital, Multicoin Capital, Spartan Group, IDEO CoLab Ventures, and Hypersphere.
The launch on Arbitrum expands Enso’s real-world asset offerings, including tokenized stock and metals execution via ether.fi Cash, an approved minting role for Ondo Finance, and infrastructure supporting Anchorage Digital’s Porto institutional terminal.
