With bullish expectations for October on the rise, Santiment has identified the top five altcoin projects with the most active development activity in the last 30 days.
Leading the list is Ethereum (ETH), followed by BNB Chain and Polygon.

According to the data, Ethereum had 2,903 development events in the past month, making it the most active project in terms of development.
The gap between Ethereum and BNB Chain, the second on the list, was significant, with BNB Chain hosting 1471 development events, while Polygon, Optimism, and Arbitrum had 1282, 1140, and 1104 development events respectively.
