IRC 2026 is hosting its third annual cultural festival, in collaboration with TOKYO GIRLS COLLECTION (TGC), Japan’s largest fashion event. TGC has held over 40 events and reached more than 5 million people through in-person shows, regional tours, and livestreams.

TGC provides IRC with a strong cultural and production foundation for showcasing Japanese fashion and youth culture. In 2025, IRC achieved a milestone by attracting 11,800 attendees to the National Yoyogi Gymnasium First Gymnasium.
With 107 idols performing on a single stage, IRC stands out as one of Japan’s premier idol and fashion festivals. The third annual IRC event will take place on March 15th, 2026, at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium First Gymnasium, with hospitality by YOAKE Entertainment. IRC 2026 aims to foster collaboration in idols, fashion, and technology.
