At the close, the Mexico Stock Exchange rose by 1.81%.
Some of the top performers of the session included Orbia Advance Corporation SAB de CV, Grupo Financiero Inbursa, SAB De CV, and Grupo Carso, S.A.B. De C.V.
Conversely, Genomma Lab Internacional SAB De CV, Cemex SAB de CV, and Grupo Comercial Chedraui, SAB De CV were among the worst performers.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Mexico Stock Exchange with 141 to 72 and 18 ending unchanged.
In commodities trading, Gold Futures for December delivery and Crude oil for delivery in November saw some movement.
The exchange rates for USD/MXN and EUR/MXN also experienced changes during the trading session.
The US Dollar Index Futures showed an increase at 102.24.
