Saudi Arabia stocks experienced a decline after the close on Sunday, with losses in various sectors leading shares lower.
By the end of the trading day in Saudi Arabia, the market declined by 0.23%.
Top performers of the session included Riyadh Cement Co (TADAWUL:), which saw a 9.88% increase, and Saudi Industrial Export Co (TADAWUL:) with a 9.76% rise, while Miahona Holding SCJSC (TADAWUL:) increased by 5.81%.
On the other hand, AL-BABTAIN POWER & TELECOM CO (TADAWUL:) and Al-Jouf Agriculture Development Co (TADAWUL:) were among the worst performers, declining by 8.00% and 7.67% respectively.
There were more declining stocks than advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange, with 175 falling, 129 rising, and 25 remaining unchanged.
Shatirah House Restaurant Co (TADAWUL:) hit all-time lows, dropping by 7.11% to 19.60.
In commodities trading, crude oil prices fell, with December delivery down 2.74% to $70.38 a barrel. Meanwhile, EUR/SAR decreased by 0.74% to 4.03, and USD/SAR remained unchanged at 3.76.
The US Dollar Index Futures rose by 0.50% to 104.89.
