The Agency Launches EastWest Abstract With Langdon Title

The Agency has expanded its ancillary services with the launch of an affiliated title agency, EastWest Abstract, in partnership with Langdon Title. This new agency aims to enhance the closing process and boost efficiency for The Agency’s clients and agents in New York, according to a statement provided to Inman.

The collaboration between The Agency and Langdon Title aims to provide a seamless, full-service experience for clients and real estate professionals in New York, ultimately improving transaction efficiency, the brokerage explained.

The partnership will facilitate better communication between title and real estate agents, offer personalized services, and ensure a cohesive client experience, the companies added.

Stephen Saler | Langdon Title

Stephen Saler, co-managing principal of Langdon Title, expressed excitement about the partnership, emphasizing the potential for enhanced service and efficiency for clients and real estate professionals in New York.

“Our collaboration with The Agency will streamline the closing process, enabling buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals more efficiently,” Saler stated.

Burke Smith | The Agency

Burke Smith, executive vice president of affiliated businesses at The Agency, highlighted the benefits of the partnership for clients, emphasizing the commitment to delivering a seamless real estate experience.

“This partnership will revolutionize real estate transactions in New York, enhancing our ability to serve clients with professionalism and expertise,” Smith noted.

Furthermore, The Agency recently introduced its affiliated mortgage brokerage, Aclara Lending, in partnership with Barrett Financial Group, expanding its range of core real estate services.
