Award-Winning Boutique Brokerage in South Florida

Established in 1981, New Wave Group is a boutique brokerage located on South Florida’s Treasure Coast. Specializing in luxury residential, waterfront, and lifestyle properties across Martin, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie counties, the firm has a stellar reputation in the industry. With over $500 million in sales closed throughout its four-decade history, New Wave Group has truly made a mark in the real estate market.

Jeff Polashuk, the regional vice president of Compass, commended New Wave Group, stating, “New Wave Group has set the standard for client service and market expertise on the Treasure Coast for more than 40 years. Their track record of success, combined with their strong community roots, makes them the ideal partner to introduce Compass’ tools, technology, and network of experienced agents to this vibrant market.”

Compass’s expansion into the Treasure Coast region is solidified with the addition of New Wave Group. This marks a significant milestone for Compass as it establishes its first office in this thriving area.

Under the leadership of founder and managing broker Sara Crombie, New Wave Group will continue its legacy at Compass. Bringing along a team of 14 agents and two staff members, Crombie is excited about the partnership. She stated, “Our decision to join Compass was inspired by our shared commitment to innovation, client experience, and a forward-thinking approach to real estate.”

In addition to this collaboration, Compass recently acquired Colorado Home Realty and Cottingham Chalk, further expanding its presence in the real estate market. The addition of Crombie and her team showcases Compass’s dedication to growth and excellence in the industry.
