Watch: Scott Jennings Unloads On Leftists Calling Antifa Attacks “Protests”

Scott Jennings, the lone voice of reason on CNN, recently criticized leftists for repeatedly labeling the violent attacks on ICE facilities as “protests.” Jennings expressed his frustration with Democrats for downplaying the actions of Antifa, emphasizing that these are not peaceful protests but violent attacks on law enforcement and federal buildings. He specifically called out the situation in Portland, where he believes the city is being held hostage by left-wing radicals.

The unrest in Portland escalated following the arrest of conservative influencer Nick Sortor outside an ICE facility. Sortor’s arrest sparked controversy, with some accusing the Portland Police Bureau of targeting conservative voices unfairly. Sortor himself believes that his arrest was retaliatory, especially after he filmed protesters being maced by federal agents.

Similarly, journalist Katie Daviscourt was assaulted by an Antifa militant while covering anti-ICE demonstrations in Portland. Despite the attack being captured on video, the police allowed the assailant to walk away, leading to further criticism of law enforcement’s response to violence in the city.

These incidents highlight the ongoing unrest in Portland and the challenges faced by journalists reporting on the situation. The Trump administration has cited the violence in Portland and Chicago as grounds for deploying federal troops to address the escalating situation.
