Welcome to our New Affiliated Office in Bel Air, Maryland!

As a longtime sales professional, Campbell now leads our firm as owner and broker, overseeing residential real estate operations across the city of Baltimore and the surrounding counties of Baltimore, Cecil, Harford, Howard, and Montgomery.

Our affiliation with Century 21 provides us access to the brand’s national marketing platform, lead generation tools, technology resources, and agent training. Campbell plans to utilize this affiliation to support local recruiting efforts and explore future mergers and acquisitions.

“Joining the most recognized name in real estate is an opportunity we couldn’t pass up,” Campbell said. “The CENTURY 21 brand is synonymous with respectable, reliable service no matter where you are. We are proud to be the latest addition to the C21 network and believe our affiliated agents and clients will benefit tremendously from the tools and name recognition that come with affiliating with the Centure 21 brand.”

Our newly affiliated office is conveniently located in Bel Air, Maryland, between Baltimore and Washington, D.C., making it easily accessible to a broad client base including families, retirees, and military personnel.

With the region’s universities, health care facilities, and major employers attracting homebuyers from various backgrounds, Campbell is excited about the growth opportunities in the area.

“Patrick embodies everything that the Century 21 brand looks for in a potential broker – deep personal knowledge of the community, a proven track record of success and client commitment, and a drive to innovate,” said Mike Miedler, president, and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate. “Patrick’s company serves a lucrative market just outside of Baltimore and in close proximity to the D.C. metro area. We are thrilled to provide his team with the technology and resources to further expand their reach throughout the region.”
